Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering the freshest living microgreens straight from our indoor farm to your doorstep.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across select pin codes. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please message us on WhatsApp with your location before placing an order.

2. Delivery Schedule

To ensure maximum freshness, our microgreens are harvested on the day of delivery. Deliveries are typically made between 9 AM and 7 PM. You will receive a notification on WhatsApp when your order is out for delivery.

3. Delivery Charges

Current Offer: Delivery is completely FREE within a 10 km radius of our indoor farm. For locations beyond 10 km, a nominal delivery charge of ₹10 per km will be applied. The exact charges will be calculated and communicated to you when you place your order.

4. Handling

Microgreens are delicate living plants. We use specialized eco-friendly packaging to ensure they remain intact and fresh during transit. Please refrigerate them immediately upon receiving your delivery.

5. Upcoming Delivery Partners

We are continuously working to make our fresh microgreens more accessible to you. Very soon, you will also be able to order Rare Earth microgreens directly through quick-commerce platforms like Blinkit and BigBasket! Stay tuned for updates on our social media channels.
